What we collect
When you submit a booking, event, tour, contact, or chat request, we collect the information you provide, such as name, email, phone, dates, guest count, event details, vendor details, uploaded document references, and notes.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare booking or event details, coordinate tours, maintain operational records, and protect the security of the site. We do not use advertising pixels or sell personal information from this public site.
Service providers
We may use hosting, database, email, SMS, calendar, spreadsheet, payment, identity, document, and analytics providers to operate the site and manage requests. Optional browser analytics and monitoring are not initialized until analytics permission is given. Embedded Google map content loads only after its separate disclosure and action. These providers should only process information for Mazant operational purposes.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to run the site, remember cookie choices, protect forms, and support booking and vendor workflows. With permission, optional storage can remember accessibility display preferences and dismissed site notices, and optional analytics can measure aggregate page visits. No sale or cross-context advertising sharing
The current public site does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Analytics is not used here as an advertising pixel. If that changes, the notice and consent controls should be updated before launch.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to booking, payment, tax, legal, and security recordkeeping needs. California residents may also ask about CCPA rights. EU/EEA visitors may ask about GDPR rights.
